Nancy’s Hudson Valley Camembert

This two pound wheel version of the award-winning combination of our sheep’s milk and our neighbor’ BGH-free cow’s milk is named for our owner Nancy Clark.

 

 Serving Suggestions

  • Wrap in phyllo sheets and sauté until crispy, serve on a bed of mixed baby greens accompanied with chutney.
  • Serve at room temperature on crostini as an accompaniment to a simple salad.
  • A wonderful addition to any cheese tray or board.
