Hudson Valley Camembert

Our  “glorious,” much-celebrated, soft-ripened cheese, with its white edible rind highlights, comes in a beautiful unique square shape, wedge or two-pound wheel. It is made with a combination of our own flock’s fresh sheep’s milk and our neighbor’s BGH-free (Bovine Growth Hormone) cow’s milk.  Truly worthy of center stage on your cheese board or dinner menu, this award-winning cheese pairs beautifully with Champagne as well as Chardonnay, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc.

Serving Suggestions

  • Layer on a baguette with arugula or other tangy greens to make a scrumptious sandwich

 

  • Wrap in phyllo and grill until crispy; serve on a bed of mixed baby greens

 

  • Makes a wonderful addition to any cheese board
