You can visit the farm and sheep at any time and you can purchase cheese at our 24/7 self-serve Cheese Store at the Shaker Barn down the farm lane at the Farm.
We are located minutes from the Taconic State Parkway and the N.Y. State Thruway in Old Chatham, New York. We are located just past the Shaker Museum on the opposite side of the road.

From New York City
Taconic Parkway north to Rt. 295 exit, right on Rt. 295, left at the Albany Turnpike Rd..In Old Chatham, follow Rt. 13 to the left one mile west to Shaker Museum Rd. which is on the right. We are ½ mile down on the left.
From Albany and the N.Y. State Thruway
I-90 to exit 11E, right on U.S. 20, go to traffic light in Nassau, turn right, go 50 feet, bear left on Malden Street ( left of Pizza Shop ) go to end, yield, go straight bearing right over Kinderhook Creek, go about 500 feet, bear right on Shaker Museum Road. Go 2 miles south to the Farm on your right.
From Boston
Mass. Pike to B2 exit left on Rt. 295, left at Albany Turnpike Rd..In Old Chatham follow Rt. 13 one mile west to Shaker Museum Rd. on right. We are ½ mile down on the left.
From the town of Kinderhook, go north on Rt. 9 to Rt. 203 in Valatie. Right on 203 – follow Main Street through the village (DO NOT follow 203 once you are in the village). Main Street turns into Rt. 28A. Follow 28A to Chatham Center (approx. 10 minutes) and at the stop sign turn right onto Rt.66. You will immediately go over a red colored metal bridge and then take a left onto Rt. 13. Follow Rt. 13 to Shaker Museum Road on your left hand side. Make left onto Shaker Museum Road. We are ½ mile down the road on your left.
